This storyboard is actually for the live action sequence immediately following the George Pal Puppetoon sequence of the 1947 film "Variety Girl". As it was advertised as a Puppetoon storyboard, I was a bit disappointed, but it was inexpensive and it is almost true... The scene purports to be about the ADR session to record vocals for the Puppetoon.
I was also told this was drawn by T. hee, which makes sense as he was involved in the movie.
