This is a paste up (of a reproduction of black and white art) from the Transformers read along book Jaws of Terror. It is pages 2 and 3. See the book here:

It is very large, and is on stiff art board. It's odd, as the art is black and white, while the final color art is color (and based on an unpublished painting from the same source(see above, eventually if it's not up yet), there wasn't just colored celluloid like for a comic book, the art would have been a full painting).
