Here's a great painting (watercolor and ink lines) of Optimus Prime labeled as for Slaves of the Insecticons, a Kid Stuff read along book from 1986. http://www.physics.ohio-state.edu/~sstoneb/tf/books/kidstuff/slaves.html The thing is, the painting is not in the book, and the note on it (see sketch 2) says "FOR TV". TV could be someone's intiials, of course, as a fully painted image doesn't tend to be how storyboards get done, even for ads. However, the piece has two numbers on it, 4 and 41. 41 is way more than the number of pages in these read along books.
The painting is in the same style and features the same "we painted it by looking at the toys" design as the book (and the seller was offering work that was clearly an alternate take of an image that actually was in the book), so it's likely by Pablo and Judith Marcos like the rest of the book. I assume the artist is the same Pablo Marcos from Peru who worked for Marvel and DC in the '70s and '80s.
The piece is very large.
