This is a great black and white cel of Tony the Tiger. Note that this is from a Frosties commercial, not a Frosted Flakes commercial, meaning it was made for the UK market (probably; I haven't found info on if Frosties were in other markets like Canada, Australia, etc.). The Frosties box is a thick applique, unlike the stat cels I've come across for other cereal cels.
