This shows up in the Mighty Mouse The New Adventures clips of classic Terrytoons episode Animation Concerto, which is where the screen under sketch 1 comes from. Feel free to tell me the original cartoon. I'm assuming this is a French story, perhaps a Three Musketeers derivative, based on the guy's hat and pants. But it could be Elizabethan England as well, I suppose.
