So... yeah. Here we have a German Dorombo dominatrix cow. Uh... so... yeah... I assume it was the mech in an episode; it came with cels of the heroes from yattaman, and was listed as a Yattaman auction, so presumably it's from there. The skull on the belt means it's at least a Time Bokan character...
