Probably a big pan (still too big for my scanner; see sketch 1 and 2), cut down and now missing any inidica. The seller provided much of my Walter Lantz collection (including some backgrounds), and logs could be in keeping with some Woody Woodpecker themes. But, as the seller also provided me with Terrytoons and MGM material (tho not backgrounds), and had some material from other studios, it's hardly a slam dunk. Tell me if you can place it.
