This is not from the group of Columbia cels that follows. This is one of the cels with screenprinted information, like two of my Walter Lantz cels. I haven't figured out what this one is from yet. Like many WB cels with the printed info, this is shellaced onto a land/sky implying background. Oddly, the black paint (not ink) is gone form the cel, more or less, ecept below where it is adhered to the background.
